Terms of use
Effective October 11, 2026. These terms form an agreement between you and Jean Phil AI. By using the service, you agree to them.
Eligibility and accounts
You must be able to form a binding contract and provide accurate account information. You are responsible for activity in your account and must notify [email protected] of suspected unauthorized use.
Service description
jeanphilai.pro is an independent AI video tool, not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by the creators of the Jean Philanthrope accounts or any crypto token. Every video stars an original, fictional AI-generated character; no real person’s face or footage is used. We never ask you to connect a wallet.
Credits, subscriptions, and payment
Jean Phil AI sells automated video processing. Each request costs 40 credits for one 10-second vertical MP4 with generated sound, made from the scene and move you choose. One-time packs do not renew. Monthly and annual subscriptions renew at the price and interval shown at checkout until cancelled. Credits are for use on this site and are not creator payouts or tips.
Crypto checkout is available for eligible one-time credit packs. Crypto purchases do not create subscriptions or renew automatically. Available coins and networks depend on the payment amount. We add the purchased credits after the payment provider confirms full payment.
Generation uses credits at the amount shown before submission. The cost is fixed at 40 credits for the described video. Prices are in USD unless stated otherwise; tax may be added. Crypto purchases are one-time payments and do not create subscriptions or renew automatically. Purchased subscription and top-up credits roll over and remain available while the account stays active. Credit grants, promotional credits, and plan features may change prospectively.
The payment provider selected at checkout processes payments. You authorize that provider to charge the selected payment method. Credits are returned for requests that definitely did not start or provider-confirmed terminal failures; uncertain provider outcomes remain held for reconciliation. Monetary refunds follow our refund policy and mandatory consumer law.
Acceptable use
AI model and original character
Jean Phil AI uses Kling V3 Standard image-to-video through a third-party video processing service. Every video starts from one of our scene stills, all showing the same original, fictional gentleman generated for this site. He is a Jean-style character inspired by the Jean Philanthrope trend; he is not a real person and contains no footage, stills or audio from the Jean Philanthrope accounts. This is an independent service, not an official Kling product, and is not affiliated with or endorsed by the creators of the Jean Philanthrope accounts or any crypto token.
The studio accepts no photos, videos or written prompts. You cannot place a real person's face, body or voice into a video, and you may not edit, combine or present results to suggest that a real person appears in them or said or did something.
Do not use results to impersonate anyone, to promote or sell a cryptocurrency or token, to harass or mislead, or to present an AI-generated video as real footage. Label the video as AI-generated where you share it. Report misuse to [email protected] or through Report content.
Do not use the service for unlawful, deceptive, abusive, sexually exploitative, privacy-invasive, or rights-infringing material; to impersonate people deceptively; to bypass safety controls or rate limits; to reverse engineer protected systems; or to interfere with the service. We may suspend access when reasonably necessary to protect users or the service.
Content safety policy
Content policy effective October 6, 2026.
This policy applies to uploaded images and videos, custom text, generated results, and use of the service. Do not submit, generate, or distribute:
- Violence and gore: graphic injury, mutilation, torture, dismemberment, or content encouraging or glorifying real-world violence.
- Hate speech: threats, dehumanization, incitement to violence, or discrimination targeting people based on race, ethnicity, nationality, religion, caste, sex, gender identity, sexual orientation, or disability.
- Sexual or exploitative content: explicit nudity or sexual acts, sexual content involving minors, sexual violence, nonconsensual intimate imagery, or attempts to undress a person.
- Child sexual abuse material (CSAM): any sexual depiction or exploitation of a minor, including generated or altered material.
- Deepfake impersonation: creating or using synthetic media to impersonate another real person or falsely portray their words or actions.
- Non-consensual intimate imagery (NCII): creating, altering, or sharing intimate imagery of a person without their consent.
- Abuse and rights violations: targeted harassment, deceptive impersonation, unauthorized use of a person's likeness, exploitation, or content violating privacy, copyright, trademarks, or other rights.
- Illegal activity: assistance with terrorism, trafficking, or other unlawful harm; evasion of safety controls is also prohibited.
How we review content
This studio accepts no uploads and no written prompts. You choose one of our reviewed scenes and moves, and every video stars the same original, fictional character made for this site, so no real person's face, voice or footage enters a request. Before a generation starts, we screen the fixed generation request text using a local child-safety rule and Waffo's automated prompt screening. A blocked or uncertain result does not proceed. If screening is unavailable, the request stops without charging credits and may be retried later.
Suspected explicit nudity, violence, gore, hate, impersonation, consent concerns and other misuse can be reported for human review. We do not claim that every uploaded photo or generated result is manually reviewed.
Enforcement and appeals
Authorized administrators review screening records and reports, investigate the supplied information, and record their decisions and reasons. Depending on the evidence and seriousness, we may refuse a request or suspend generation access. A report alone does not automatically suspend another user. Accounts with a content restriction cannot submit new generation requests; billing, subscription cancellation, and appeals remain available. We may restore access after review of an appeal. This process does not automatically forfeit purchased credits or cancel recurring subscriptions; billing and refunds remain subject to the payment and refund terms.
Report a concern
Use Report content without signing in. Select a category and provide the affected link or request reference, what happened, and an optional contact email. Do not upload or reproduce illegal or graphic material. You receive a receipt number when the report is saved. To appeal, select “Appeal a moderation decision” and include the relevant receipt or account reference. We record reports and review outcomes in a restricted administrator queue.
We provide an initial human response within 3 business days when a contact email is supplied, including for photo or likeness misuse. Reports involving suspected CSAM, NCII, or imminent harm are prioritized. If an investigation needs longer, we explain the next steps and provide an update; this is a response commitment, not a guarantee that every investigation finishes within that period.
Your content and generated output
You retain rights you already hold in submitted content and grant us a limited license to process it solely to operate and improve the service. You are responsible for having the necessary rights and permissions. AI output may be inaccurate, offensive, unsuitable, or similar to existing work. You must review output before use and must not represent synthetic media deceptively.
Rights in output and commercial use depend on applicable law and the terms active for your account. We do not guarantee exclusivity, copyright eligibility, or non-infringement.
Availability and changes
Models, processing systems, pricing, features, limits, and pre-release information may change. We may pause the service for security, maintenance, legal, or operational reasons. We do not promise uninterrupted availability or permanent storage of generated files.
Disclaimers and liability
To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided “as is” without implied warranties. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or lost-profit damages. Our aggregate liability for claims relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. These limits do not apply where prohibited by law.
Termination
You may stop using the service or request account deletion. We may suspend or terminate access for material breach, abuse, legal risk, or nonpayment. Terms that should reasonably survive termination, including payment, intellectual property, disclaimers, and liability, continue to apply.
Changes and contact
Material changes will be posted with a new effective date. Continuing to use the service after they take effect means you accept the updated terms where permitted by law. Questions: [email protected].
